Why should I trust Master ToolsWala over other providers?
Master ToolsWala is run by a teacher, not a reseller. Our students learn with these tools in free daily classes, so the tools have to work — every day, in front of a class. You get your own member account, a written refund policy, and a real person on WhatsApp when you need help.
My previous group-buy provider failed me. How is this different?
Most group-buy access dies because everyone shares one password. Here nothing is shared: you sign in with your own account, tools open inside your own member session, and our team keeps the tool sessions healthy behind the scenes. If a tool does go down, the refund policy has your first week covered in writing.
Is Rs 1,500 really enough to access premium tools?
Yes. The Starter plan covers the SEO and design core — the same categories of tools that cost many times more bought one by one. If you sell on Amazon, Pro adds the full seller stack, and Diamond opens everything we run, extensions included.
How fast can I start using the tools?
Create your account, choose your plan and order — once your order is confirmed, your dashboard is activated with your plan's tools ready to open. During support hours (9am–11pm PKT) confirmations are usually quick; overnight orders are confirmed by 10am.
What if I need a tool that is not listed?
Ask us. The library grows from member requests — several tools in the catalogue today are there because a student asked in class. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can add it.
What happens if a tool goes down?
Our team monitors the tools and rebuilds sessions when a service changes something. And if a tool you paid for stays down for more than 48 hours in your first week, the refund policy gives you a full refund for that plan — in writing, not as a favour.
Can I upgrade later if my needs grow?
Any time. Move from Starter to Pro or Diamond whenever you are ready — your account, your history and your classes stay exactly as they are; only your tools change.
Is my account shared with anyone else?
No — and that is the point. Your account is yours alone: one sign-in, bound to you. If your account signs in somewhere else, the first session ends. Tools open inside your own member session, so nobody else ever touches your work.
Do the browser extensions come with my plan?
The 12 browser extensions are part of the Diamond — Everything plan. Web-tool plans open their tools in the browser from your dashboard; if your work needs the extensions (for example while browsing Amazon), Diamond is the plan that includes them.
I am a student. Are the classes really free?
Yes. Teaching is why Master ToolsWala exists — students join free classes, including the Master Etsy Academy programme, and learn the same tools our members use. Plans are for people who want their own always-on access outside class hours.
